Detailed Description
The flat pack container is a multi-function standard container, which dimensions conform to the ISO container transportation. It is a prefabricated building structure composed of roof, floor and pillars.This structure enables the containers to combine in longitudinal and transverse directions flexibly, can be stacked in 1-3 floors in height.

Even though built with cost effective materials ,it is engineered like our classic flatpack portable unit made in China and therefore maintains all features of it (fully modular , joinable ,stackable, shipped in bundles) that is the “ECO” of the flat pack. Ideal for hot and temperate climates and to complement your accommodation product range with a prefab modular unit at a competitive price. We can also supply all components required to complete a composite structure (stair cases, walkways, over roofing). Its appearance is the same as that of other containers in Xiaoya. The difference is that the roof sheet thickness be reduced to 0.3mm, which makes its price more economical. It is suitable for one storey container buildings and is widely used in personal houses, disaster relief houses, temporary workers' dormitories, camps, etc.
One 40HQ can load 8- 10 sets of 20ft containers.

Ø Type A
Adopt corrugated sheet as the top plate, combined with a unique drainage system, it has superior waterproof performance!
One Unit in One Package with everything inside(Complete roof&floor, wall, windows, doors, etc.)!
No need for a 40HQ to load TYPE A FLAT PACK! 4 sets TYPE A can be packed to be SOC!
Ø Type B
Length can be shorter than Type A! 8~10units can be loaded into 1 set 40HQ!
Ø Type C
Adopt flat roof sheet! 8~10units can be loaded into 1 set 40HQ!
